• add support for discovering Teradek Decoders
• Add Update method if Teradek Device Settings Have Changed (click anywhere on the device entry's "Stream Type, bitrate, etc.").
• added display of Stream Type
• improved stability and memory usage of TeraCentral

Bug Fixes:
• Fix issue where enabling/disabling/unplugging network interfaces causes entries to disappear from the list
• fix display of "Quickview" streams

Changes:
• No longer uses IP addresses as the devices may change IPs while TeraCentral is on.
